We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases made at Shroomzup.com.
Brain Tea items bought at retail stores or other channels not directly from BrainTea.com must be returned to the original point of sale.
Returns and exchanges must be approved by our support team before they are shipped. We understand every customer’s purchase is one of a kind and always try to give each individual personal experience.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the original packaging.
The refund policy only applies to the first product purchased. Any additional opened products of the same SKU are not eligible for return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For orders with free items added e.g. buy one get one free, the full order must be returned (all items in that order).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For international orders shipped outside the United States: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or additional shipping/handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Items purchased at retail stores or other channels aside from BrainTea.com must adhere to the point of sales refund policy. We do not offer refunds on those purchases.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours of our notification, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
